These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the public website operated by WEBS INVENTION LTD and the Android application Nut Bolt Sort (package com.nut.boltsort). By using the site or the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. Website use

You may browse these pages for lawful information about the company and Nut Bolt Sort. You may not disrupt the site, misrepresent an affiliation with WEBS INVENTION LTD, or copy site text to create a misleading store listing.

3. Nut Bolt Sort

Nut Bolt Sort is an offline puzzle for personal entertainment. Results, stars, coins, and boosters are for play only and have no cash value. V1.0 does not require an account. Progress is stored on the device. Clearing progress or uninstalling the app removes that local store, subject to Android behavior.

You agree not to reverse engineer the app except where the law allows, not to cheat in a way that harms other players (the game is single-player), and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The site text, marks, layout, and the Nut Bolt Sort name, art, and code are owned by WEBS INVENTION LTD or used with permission. You may not copy them for a competing listing without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND THE APP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR THAT EVERY SCREEN WILL BE ERROR-FREE. DESCRIPTIONS ON THIS SITE ARE INFORMATIONAL. THEY ARE NOT A PROMISE THAT A STORE WILL ACCEPT A FILE OR THAT A BUSINESS RESULT WILL FOLLOW.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WEBS INVENTION LTD IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF LOCAL PROGRESS.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify WEBS INVENTION LTD against claims arising from your misuse of the site or the app or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have venue, except that we may bring an action in your place of residence if needed to stop misuse.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
