1. Who we are

WEBS INVENTION LTD is the data controller for this website and for Nut Bolt Sort. This notice is written under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Nut Bolt Sort — what the app is

Nut Bolt Sort is an offline workshop puzzle. Players move matching nuts onto bolts, work within a move limit, and may use a toolbox slot or unlock locked nuts when a neighbor bolt is complete. Stars, coins, and boosters are for play only and have no cash value.

  • No account registration or sign-in
  • No cloud sync of progress
  • Core play works without an internet connection
  • Daily Bolts uses the date already stored on the device
  • V1.0 materials do not include an advertising SDK or an analytics SDK
  • The app does not collect a name, email, or phone number from play

3. Data stored on the device (Nut Bolt Sort)

The following items stay on the device you use. WEBS INVENTION LTD does not operate a player account database for V1.0 and does not pull this data from the device:

  • Chapter and level progress, stars, and coins
  • Booster counts (Undo, Extra bolt, Hint)
  • Daily Bolts best-step records keyed to the local calendar date
  • Goal progress shown in the app
  • Sound, haptics, and colorblind-pattern settings
  • Theme selection that is already available on the device

If you use Clear progress in Settings, local game data on that device is deleted. Uninstalling the app also removes that local store, subject to how Android handles leftover files.

4. Data we do not collect through the app

V1.0 does not ask for, and this policy does not claim collection of:

  • Account credentials or profile photos
  • Precise or approximate location
  • Contacts, call logs, or SMS
  • Camera, microphone, or gallery media for play
  • Advertising identifiers used by us for ads
  • Health, financial, or government ID data

We do not sell Nut Bolt Sort play data. We do not share play progress with advertisers because we do not receive that progress.

5. Network and third parties in the app

Core sorting play is designed to run offline. V1.0 does not embed an advertising SDK or an analytics SDK. If a later version adds a network feature, an advertisement, or an analytics tool, this page will be updated before or when that change ships, and the Google Play Data safety form will be aligned with the new build.

Google Play itself may process install and update activity under Google’s own policies. That processing is not controlled by WEBS INVENTION LTD.

6. This website

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the name, address, subject, and message you choose to send, so we can reply. The form opens your mail application and sends to KAYLN@softwareshop.online.

This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. That request may send a technical address and browser details to Google. We do not place advertising pixels or analytics SDKs on these pages. The hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) for security and uptime.

7. How we use information we actually receive

  • Reply to support and privacy requests
  • Keep the website available and secure
  • Meet a legal obligation if one applies

We do not use Nut Bolt Sort local progress for marketing because we do not hold that progress.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share message content only with a service needed to deliver email, if required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

9. Retention

Support mail is kept for as long as needed to finish the request, then deleted or archived only if the law requires a longer period. App progress lives on your device until you clear it or uninstall.

10. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing, where the law allows. Write to KAYLN@softwareshop.online. We can delete copies of email you sent us. We cannot remotely delete progress that exists only on your device; use Clear progress or uninstall for that.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

11. Children

Nut Bolt Sort is a general-audience puzzle. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete that message from our mailbox.

12. Security

Local game files follow ordinary Android storage. Email we receive is handled with the security of our mailbox provider. No method of storage is completely free of risk.

13. International transfers

The company is in the United Kingdom. Hosting, mail, and Google Fonts may process technical data outside the United Kingdom. Those providers act under their own terms.

14. Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
